You may check-in between 4pm - 7pm. Early check-in requests will be accommodated when possible. Please advise us if you are arriving after our check-in time as we may need to make special arrangements.
Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out requests will be accommodated when possible.
To reserve a suite at the Bramblebank Cottages, there must be at least one adult present in the room 21 years of age or older.
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Please advise the exact number of adults and children when making your reservation. An additional charge of $15 per night per person will apply to additional guests. The Magnolia House rate is based on 6 guests and a $50 charge for each additional guest will apply. There is no extra charge for infants under the age of 1 year old.
We provide you with one complimentary, onsite parking space per suite with the exception of The Magnolia House which has 2 parking spaces. Additional vehicles, large trucks, and oversized vehicles may find parking street side.
The payment for your reservation will be processed within 72 hours of your check-in. A valid bank issued credit card is required to secure your reservation. A government issued photo identification is required for check in.
As the registered guest, you are responsible for any damages to the suite and/or any public area of the property caused by you or your guests. The fees associated with any damages include, but are not limited to, the replacement costs for damaged items, linens, towels, breakage of private property, and/or additional cleaning costs required as a result of the damage.
Guaranteed reservations at Bramblebank Cottages must be cancelled by 4:00 pm, 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties.
If less than 72 hours notice is received you will be charged for any nights we are unable to re-book. In the unlikely event that you shorten your stay or check out early, you will be responsible for your entire stay. No-shows will be charged for entire stay including taxes.
For reservations made within 3 days of your arrival, you will be charged for your entire stay if we cannot re-book your accommodation should you cancel. No-shows will be charged for entire stay including taxes.
Our cancellation policies for group bookings of 2 units is 2 weeks and for 3 or more units is 4 weeks. In the unlikely event that you shorten your stay or check out early, you will be responsible for your entire stay. If less than the required notice is received you will be charged for any nights we are unable to re-book. No-shows will be charged for entire stay including taxes.
As a small family run business our cancellation policy needs to be more restrictive than a hotel. We recommend you consider travel insurance.
We have a strict no pet policy.
Smoking is permitted on your own private patio. Please use ashtray provided. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodations or common areas.
Taxes & Fees
Accommodations in Harrison Hot Springs are subject to MRDT (Municipal Regional and District Tax) of 3%, Provincial Hotel Tax of 8% and GST (Goods and Service Tax) of 5% totalling 16%. There are no fees associated with your booking.
Good Neighbour Policy
Bramblebank Cottages is a boutique inn, committed to ensuring that your experience during your stay is relaxing and enjoyable for all. The safety, security and overall comfort of our guests is paramount. We want you to enjoy yourselves and celebrate while you are here but please be mindful of your neighbouring guest.
Our quiet time is 10pm-9am. Please be considerate of your neighbours and of of any excessive music, TV volume, loud speaking or any other noise, as we provide a relaxing environment for all to enjoy.
Only registered guests will be issued a room key and/or lock pin code. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior consent.
Suites have a maximum capacity of either two to four people, as specified for your specific suite or cottage, and as designated in the details of your booking confirmation.
