Parking

We provide you with one complimentary, on-site parking space per accommodation with the exception of Magnolia House, which has 2 parking spaces. Additional vehicles, large trucks, and oversized vehicles may find street-side parking.

Payment Policies

The payment for your reservation will be processed when your cancellation period ends`7 days prior to your check-in, although for Magnolia House, payment for your reservation will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival. For a multiple accommodation booking of three or more units, 50% is due at the time of booking and is refundable until the balance is due one month prior to your reservation date.

A valid bank-issued credit card is required to secure your reservation. The same credit and government-issued photo identification is required for check-in.  A pre-authorization on your credit card will be required at check-in. E-transfers are also accepted and due as per the payment policy above.

As the registered guest, you are responsible for informing your guests of all the pertinent House Rules. If there are any damages to the suite and/or any public area of the property caused by you or your guests, as the registered guest, you will be responsible for any damages. The fees associated with any damages including, but are not limited to, the replacement costs for damaged items, linens, towels, breakage of private property, and/or additional cleaning costs required as a result of the damage.

Cancellation Policy

Guaranteed reservations at Bramblebank Cottages must be canceled by 11:00 am, one week prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties, with the exception of the Magnolia House which has a two week cancellation period and one month for multiple accommodation bookings of three or more units.

In the unlikely event that you shorten your stay or check out early, you will be responsible for your entire stay. No-shows will be charged for the entire stay. 

For group bookings when three or more accommodations are booked, four weeks is required. In the unlikely event that you shorten your stay or check out early, you will be responsible for your entire stay. No-shows will be charged for the entire stay, including taxes.

As a small, family-run business, our cancellation policy needs to be more restrictive than a hotel. We recommend you consider travel insurance.

Pets

We have a strict no-pet policy. If there is evidence that a pet has been in the accommodation, a $200/night cleaning fee will be charged.

Smoking

Smoking cigarettes is permitted on your own private patio although cannabis is not permitted and must be smoked off site. Please use the ashtray provided. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodations or common areas.

Taxes & Fees

Accommodations in Harrison Hot Springs are subject to MRDT (Municipal Regional and District Tax) of 3%, Provincial Hotel Tax of 8% and GST (Goods and Service Tax) of 5%, totalling 16%. There are no fees associated with your booking.

Good Neighbour Policy

Bramblebank Cottages is a boutique inn, committed to ensuring that your experience during your stay is relaxing and enjoyable for all. The safety, security, and overall comfort of our guests are paramount. We want you to enjoy yourselves and celebrate while you are here but please be mindful of your neighbouring guests. Loud partying will not be permitted.

• Our quiet time is 10pm-9am. Although, please be considerate of your neighbours at all times with any excessive music, TV volume, loud speaking or any other noise, as we provide a relaxing environment for all to enjoy. If raucous behaviour or excessive noise is reported, a charge of up to $1000 will be assessed to the offending accommodation.

• Only registered guests will be issued a lock pin code. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior consent.

• Accommodations have a maximum number of guests as specified for your specific suite or cottage, and as is designated in the details of your booking confirmation.
